One year passed!

Today it's exactly 1 year from the date I started to work in this project. There has happened so many things during the past, within this project. I hope and wish to have enough time to write more about it.

Power!

The protections for anyone do exist and the power of mankind is deriven from this source mainly. It can be financial, political position or even religious beliefs.

The project - 1

The Project
"Flower of the East" is only one of several major tourist & leisure projects on the way in Kish Island - Persian Gulf. This project is led by Iranian business man "Khodayar Alambeigi" along with a team of investors. Two pieces of land in northeastern edge of Island in an area of about 220 hectares is going to be furnished by super luxury hotels, villas, apartments, 27- hole Golf club and marina as well as shopping malls and green area.
Flower of the East hotel which is designed to carry standards of a seven star hotel, is the focal part of this gigantic foreign investment project. Related studies are due to finalization and execution is planned for a close kick off ceremony.
Hampa engineering corp. has already signed the contract for a minor sub- project to erect a prefabricated concrete wall around the mentioned two parts of the project defined as: Golf club and urban area.

My position
I'm working for Hampa as a contact person and also I have the responsibility for PKM (project communication management) and all related tasks.
I have also got the position "deputy site manager" in respect to my 10-year experiences both in project management and site execution works.
Hampa's contract was signed on 12th January 2004 and execution started in March 2004. I am installed in Kish since 29th April 2004.

آنچه آشکارتر از هر روشنی دیگر است نیاز انسان است به خویش و نیز آنچه بیرون از خویش است و به تبع آن آرزو – تلاش - فکر و دعا.م
آرزو : پرواز و غور اندیشه در هر آنچه ذهن بدان می تواند که بیندیشد.م
. تلاش : سلسله اعمالی که در راس آن آرزوهایند و در ذیل آن خواسته ها و برآوردن آنها
تفکر : فرآیندی است برای طبقه بندی آرزوها و قرار دادن آنها در اولویت تلاش و البته عامل اصلی و کارخانه تولید آرزو.م

دعا : حالتی است برای درخواست آنچه فراتر از حیطه دسترسی تلاش است.م

جواب تمام سوالات بشر دیر زمانی نپاید که حاصل شود الا " غربت " ،"حیرت " و در نهایت خود او.م

آنانکه نا بخردانه دین را و خدا را انکار میکنند از بدیهی ترین شالوده های زندگی انسان غافل بوده و هستند و راه به جایی نبرده و نخواهند برد . چهار کلید اصولی در زندگی بشر - چنانکه پیشتر آمد - به جز رکن آخر آن در سخنان و استدلالات آزادگان و منصفان اندیشمند یکسان و همسان با زایش های تفکر دینی است و عنصر دعا در زندگی انسان دینی افزون بر سایر ارکان است و سرچشمه رازهایی است که بی دینان از آن بی بهره اند . من آب حیات انسان را در دعا یافته ام . آبی زلال که زاینده جاودانگی است . پس انسان با ایمان نه تنها پایه های زندگی را چنان که دانشمندان و اندیشمندان بی غرض تمام دوران یافته اند باور دارد و در آنها می کوشد حتی رکن اضافه ای نیز در آستین دارد که زمانی نه چندان دور به مثابه شاه کلیدی درهای ناگشودنی امروز را بدان خواهد گشود . م

Just a glance - 1

It has happened to each of us at least once that the ideas, knowledge and lifestyle of the past generations has seemed funny and not acceptable. This has been raised by information the present knowledge and scientific progresses gift us!
Let's not be the most knowing - which can not be the case at present - but at least do behave and act in a way to prevent the same procedure by coming generations being reflected to ourselves.

پای استدلالیان چوبین بود

نمی دونم چرا وقتی استدلالات و براهین و از این دست نوشته ها رو می خونم خنده ام میگیره! م

خب مسلما"من خودمو از اون دسـت آدمای خرافی و خشک مغزی که تاب تحمل نظرات مخالف یا غیر قابل پذیرش ( از نظر خودشونو) ندارن نمی دونم ولی" برخی نوشته های به ظاهر تحلیلی و عالمانه از فرط خود اندیشمند پنداری و با پشتوانه اندکی از علم و قدرت تحلیل پا را در هر وادی تخصصی می نهند بی آنکه اندکی و فقط اندکی افق دید خود را فراتر از آنچه که هست برند". همین

مطلبی رو میخوندم که اهل غار - در سالهای بسیار گذشته - را محترمانه به سخره گرفته و در استدلال خویش کسانی را با آنها مقایسه کرده بود. جالب بود . تنها چیزی که میتونم بگم - محض لحظه ای تفکر این است :م

ما خویش غارنشینانی بل بدتر از اجدادمان خواهیم بود در نظر نسلهایی که نه صدها بلکه فقط دهها سال بعد از ما خواهند زیست. به آنچه مغز کوچک و کم ظرفیتمان می پندارد ننازیم و اندکی فراتر بیندیشیم . زمان زیادی نخواهد گذشت که حقایق بسیاری آشکار خواهد شد که " بی حوصله گی جهل و گمراهی می زاید ". م

Crazy Men!!

"Avecinet" who was an Iranian genius in medical sciences and also philosophy, hundreds of years ago, has a famous statement :
My knowledge has reached to a point that I've realized that I know "nothing!!".

It's almost a long time that I have had no intention to write, in the other hand I was not sitting doing nothing because I hate wasting the most precious thing for the mankind entirely.

I was busy reading and thinking about what I read. Amazing and somehow depressing part is that some people think that they crystal clear know the answer for the questions of mankind.

Questions which remains without any answer to clarify the point so that not all but at least the intelligent knowing aware people may come to a common, doubtless point and reach a common agreement on the facts and phenomena's mankind is dealing with in his daily life!

It's not passing long since the time our ancestors were living in caves and putting up fires to protect themselves from the wild animals! They would never think or even have a picture of their grand grandchildren way of living, thinking, social life style and progresses in industry to make living much more pleasant. It is our turn now! Who knows about the lights which will enlighten the sky of minds and life styles only 200 years from now?!!
Some brains are considered to be exploding right away! believe me!
Owners of such thoughtful minds are in a deep self-accepted mode that they are sure of what they think.
I'll be back soon with some cases in this regard.

It is so easy that we often do not bother ourselves to think about. Also we are surrounded by our owns rather than the others'. Isn't it so?

The lost!

Sometimes you feel the loneliest and you are!! I'm now in that situation!
Feeling deep in my heart the lack of loneliness in the universe! Floating freely without having to think about others!
I say others because it is a long time I have forgotten I! I do not exist anymore! It is a long time! Maybe since the time I realized my family, I realized the eyes of a woman holding arms of his blind spouse walking solitarily in the freezing weather of my hometown!
I have let myself feel freedom in its utmost, most of the time!
Now it is one of those in which I really miss my expectations.
He knows them all but lets me alone so that I enjoy more than expected. He and I have lots of things in common and a few differences which makes him much higher!
But he has and I don't. He knows and I don't. He sees and I don't.
I'm completely being ignored, exactly the way I desire!
This is my own decision!
I miss feeling, seeing, knowing, having, ability and I like it! Otherwise I had so many other things to do, to fulfill to care about to... to... and so many other tooooooooos.
I'm lucky that I am not in his place and that I don't have his abilities.
otherwise he would be in my place appealing and asking me to ....!!!

Execution coordination meeting No 6 !

In the evening an immediate execution coordination meeting was agreed to be held. It was 4:30 that Martin, Christian, Mr rad, Our site manager and I were present in client's office to discuss current issues of the project.

Blissful bombardment!!!

Early this morning...

"I was in a kindergarten looking for a job opportunity to teach the kids and I was thinking about my deep interest in teaching and how to tell them about this.
There was then a big food table and it seemed that everyone is going to eat food. But they had to pray before starting to eat. And I was among them. I was passing by in front of the prayers to join them that I saw the man in front is putting a piece of food into his mouth, I thought he may be ill and can not fast. At the same time I could see Mahsa alone in a room. It seemed that she was not safe there!!But Mahsa had to sleep in there!! I was worried about this, and then the big shock came. I wonder if it was my own decision or a gracious voice from outside... (Taking care of Mahsa is much important than praying!!!) ".

I got up hastily and opened my eyes... I could say nothing but remembering my morning dream... went to bath and got ready to come to the office .... It was raining outside...

The project
A 2 billion euros residential project consisting of a 7 stars Hotel named Flower of the East Hotel and marina, deluxe villas, apartments, golf club, shopping centers and other facilities.
The project is located in northeast of Kish Island, Persian Gulf.

After preliminary steps were taken such as surveying works and production of drawings, the first stage of execution works started in February 2004 by installing several machineries in order to produce pre cast concrete elements for an 8000 meter compound wall around the whole area which was approximately 238 hectares.

Client
The client is Flower of the East development company in Kish and Flower of the East projekt-GmbH in Duisborg – Germany.
Mr. Khodayar Alambeigi leads the group of investors. He is managing the Hansa chemie in Duisborg as well.

Project management
Drees & Sommer International with offices in Koln and Dubai manages the project. Key men are Mr. Jatzke in Germany, Mr. Stephan Konzelmznn in Dubai.


Engineer
Thalen consult GmbH of Neuenburg has got the responsibility of production of drawings for compound wall and supervision tasks. Mr. Martin Oltmanns from Thalen has been installed in the Island as site supervisor since April 2004.

Contractor
Hampa Engineering Corp. which is an Iranian company was appointed as contractor for construction works of compound wall in January 2004.
I have been working for Hampa since 27th April 2004 as point of contact and deputy site manager.

Busy days

It is just afew days to norooz, the most important persian holidays for beginning a new year and spring on 21st March.
Several issues have made me busy thinking about.
The family's affection of my marriage problem,
The project's weird situation in the Island,
and my personal feelings and desires which are showing up again recently.

باز هم دعا

از وقتی برگشته ام خواب حرامم شده ومانند گنگی خسته و بیروح منتظرم ببینم که چه پیش خواهد آمد. شب ها تفریح غالبم تماشای تلویزیون است و اگرپا بدهد خواندن رمانی و روزنامکی. دیشب ٣ بعد از نصف شب بزور خوابم برد. فشار خونم و فشار جونم هر دو غیر طبیعی بودند و نهایتا" درحالی که سعی میکردم خودم را تسکین دهم بالاخره خوابم برد.م
آنچه گمگشته خود میبینم و بواقع با تمام ذرات وجودم می یابمش، معرفت و حکمتی است درخور، که می بایستی می بود و( فعلا") نیست !م
آن که به دردی دچار میشود سراغ درمان همان درد را میگیرد وازاندیشهٔ رنجی که مدتی پس از آن و درصف متوالی مصائبی که سلسله وار بشر را مبتلا میسازند، غافل میماند و چون بلا درمی رسد دوباره در اندیشهٔ چاره ای دیگر و بازهمان ... .م

یک لحظه خواستم جمله ای بنویسم که مطلع و اصل مطلبش با "کاشکی" بود . پاک کردم ؛ که "کاش" در مرام من شرک است.م
جهان در احسن حال خود است و ما از آن حُسن فاصله میگیریم و چنین است که به " دعا " چنگ میزنیم و فقط می خواهیم . چرا که تنها چیزی که بشر می تواند بدان در سر حد کمال نهایی دست یابد و بخود ببالد خواستن است و البته کم چیزی نیست ! و میتواند راه رستگاری را چنان هموارکند که انسان را در بهت و حیرت فرو برد .م
خواستن مرامی است بی اشتباه و بی خلل . مگر آنگاه که بی حکمت و شناخت بدان توسل شود که فتنه ها می انگیزد و یأس های خانمان سوز.م
یکی از زیباترین نعمت های هدیه شده از سوی رکن دوم هدایت نوین بشری به تمام بشریت فرهنگ دعا ست. سرچشمه آن دردعاهای آدم ابوالبشراست و از نقطه عطف آن در نیایشهای موسی و مسیح و پیامبر اسلام و ائمه به طرز حیرت انگیزی به سوی موعود آخرالزمان اوج میگیرد.م
دعا و خواستن با پیشرفت علم و افزایش آگاهی با پیرایه هایی که پیرامون هسته تغییر ناپذیر و ثابت خود می بندد زیباتر و دلنشین تر میگردد و زمینه بکری است برای پروراندن درست اندیشه ها و آب حیاتی در کوزه تک تک ما که از آن سخت غافلیم : نیاز ها و دردهای ما به دعاهایمان و دعاهامان به حکمت و معرفتمان گرهی سخت میخورند و کلیدی بدست میدهند که هرقفل ناگشودنی بدان باز می شود.م
